We ship worldwide from Alberta, Canada. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Standard Orders
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalised nature of custom items, a 50% refund only will be issued if a custom order is cancelled or returned. The remaining balance covers materials and time already invested.
No refunds will be provided for completed custom orders that meet the agreed-upon specifications.
